- You can pay for your order using your KNET, and credit card.
- Order cannot be placed by using Boutiqaat credit with Tabby or Tamara.
- Order can be placed by using Boutiqaat credit with KNET and credit card.
We accept the local currency. For example in Kuwait, we accept KWD.
There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities. However, always keep an eye out for different offers, bundles, and sales that are often available on our website .
Since having a showroom defeats the purpose of a convenient online shopping experience, we do make sure each product is showcased with an adequate number of images along with an extensive and thorough item description that you can always rely on. Furthermore, our Customer Service team is always ready to assist you to the best of their ability in case you had any additional questions.

- For orders placed from KSA:
• Riyadh: within 2 to 5 business days.
• Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar: within 4 to 6 business days.
• Other KSA Cities: within 5 to 7 business days.
• For orders dispatched from Kuwait to KSA: within 8 business days.

Please follow these simple steps to track your orders:
- Click on ‘Account’, located at the bottom right-hand corner of Boutiqaat application.
- Click on ‘Your Orders’.
- Click on ‘Details’ for your order status and details.
Due to hygienic reasons, you can’t try any of the beauty products.
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:
- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed on their covers and cards and attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be replaced or returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Shoes and accessories should be returned with their original branded boxes and placed inside a parcel box when shipped.
- When trying on shoes please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
- Valuable goods such as jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, evening wear and wedding clothes and items for innerwear (socks, underwear, swimwear and leggings) can be exchanged/returned within one day only from the date of delivery if they are sealed and in their original condition.
- Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returnable nor replaced.
- You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
For orders outside Kuwait, customers desiring to return an item/order due to a change of mind will ship and bear the cost of return (Returns may be shipped via Aramex, DHL, and FedEx courier services).

When you return a product or some products, they are checked by the quality team (QC) to examine the condition of the returned product.
- If the products are in their original condition as delivered to the customer, the QC team will mark these products with (QC Pass).
- If the products were not in the original condition delivered to the customer, the quality check team (QC) will mark the item with (QC Fail) and return it to the customer.
- To
recover the value of a returned product, the refund will be
issued within 3-5 working days inside Kuwait and within 5-7
working days outside Kuwait.

- Product replacement will take 3 working days inside Kuwait and 14 working days outside Kuwait.
