Gift Card

Gift Cards are prepaid cards that contain a specific amount of money that can be used to make purchases. Customers can purchase Boutiqaat’s Gift Cards online, the same way a regular product is purchased. A gifted card can be redeemed by the receiver. 

  • Gift Cards cannot be cancelled once purchased.
  • Once redeemed, the balance cannot be transferred to another user.
  • The eGift card code has an expiration date of 1 year after the date of purchase. Unused codes will not be refunded or compensated after the expiry date.
  • When redeemed, the balance will be added to Boutiqaat’s Credit.
  • Gift Card balance can only be used on Boutiqaat’s App/Website.
  • Boutiqaat is not responsible for the loss of Gift Cards or their replacement.
  • No additional fees are issued with the purchase of a gift card.
  • Customers registered with a KSA account cannot send or receive gift cards to or from other countries, except within KSA.
  • Customers registered in the rest of the countries can send and receive gift cards to and from all countries except KSA.

Please follow these simple steps to send a Gift card:

  1.  Click on ‘Account’, located at the bottom right-hand corner of Boutiqaat application.
  2. Click on ‘Gift Card’.
  3. Click on ‘Send eGift Card’.
  4. Click On ’View’.
  5. Choose the amount you wish from the provided or click on ‘Enter Amount’ to send a custom amount.
  6. Enter the Recipient’s Name and Phone Number.
  7. Click on ‘Buy Now’.

Please follow these simple steps to redeem a Gift card Voucher:

  1. Click on ‘Account’, located at the bottom right-hand corner of Boutiqaat application.
  2. Click on ‘Gift Card’.
  3. Click on ‘Redeem eGift Card’.
  4. Enter your eGift Card Code.
  5. Click on ‘Apply to Your Boutiqaat Credit’.
  6. The amount will reflect on your Boutiqaat Credit.
