You may return purchases within 14 days of the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:

1. The goods to be returned are in good condition and can be displayed with their covers and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. Shoes and accessories should be returned with their original branded boxes and placed inside a parcel box when shipped.
4. When trying on shoes, please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
5. Valuable items such as jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, evening wear, wedding dresses, and items that come into direct contact with the skin (socks, underwear, swimwear, and leggings) can only be returned within one day from the delivery date, provided that they are sealed and in their original condition.
   For hygiene and public health reasons, we are unable to exchange or return the mentioned products if they have been opened or used. 
   
6. Oud, incense, and its derivatives are not returnable.
7. Returns of electronic products will not be accepted if they have been damaged, used, or modified after delivery. In such cases, the company will return the product to the customer without replacement, refund or compensation.
8. Please be advised that in the case you receive your order and want to return one or more items due to a change of mind, the shipping fees paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, in accordance with the agreed return policy.
9. In the case that the returned product is found to have been used, not in its original condition, or opened, and the customer refuses to receive the product after the return request has been rejected, the customer will be granted a period of 14 days to collect the product.
   If the customer does not respond and fails to collect the product within 14 days from the date of notification, the company reserves the right to dispose of the product. This shall be considered as direct authorization from the customer to Boutiqaat to destroy and discard the product without bearing any responsibility toward the customer or any future claims, in order to maintain quality and safeguard other products. 

When you return a product or some products, they are checked by the quality team (QC) to examine the condition of the returned product.

• If the products are in their original condition as delivered to the customer, the QC team will mark these products with (QC Pass).

• In the case that the returned product is found to have been used, not in its original condition, or opened, and the customer refuses to receive the product after the return request has been rejected, the customer will be granted a period of 14 days to collect the product.
  If the customer does not respond and fails to collect the product within 14 days from the date of notification, the company reserves the right to dispose of the product. This shall be considered as direct authorization from the customer to Boutiqaat to destroy and discard the product without bearing any responsibility toward the customer or any future claims, in order to maintain quality and safeguard other products. 
  

• To refund the amount of a returned product, the amount will be issued within 3-5 working days inside Kuwait and within 5-7 working days outside Kuwait.

  • Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar: within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Other KSA Cities: within 2 to 5 business days.
