Exchange / Return / Refund Items Related

You may return purchases within 14 days of the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:

  1. The goods to be returned are in good condition and can be displayed with their covers and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
  2. The goods to be returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
  3. Shoes and accessories should be returned with their original branded boxes and placed inside a parcel box when shipped.
  4. When trying on shoes, please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
  5. Valuable goods such as jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, evening wear and wedding clothes and goods in contact with skin (socks, underwear, swimwear, and leggings) can be returned within one day from the delivery date if they are in their original condition.
  6. Oud, incense, and its derivatives are not returnable.

For orders outside Kuwait, customers desiring to return an item/order due to a change of mind will ship and bear the cost of return (Returns may be shipped via Aramex, DHL, and FedEx couriers’ services).

When you return a product or some products, they are checked by the quality team (QC) to examine the condition of the returned product.

  • If the products are in their original condition as delivered to the customer, the QC team will mark these products with (QC Pass).
  • If the products were not in the original condition delivered to the customer, the quality check team (QC) will mark the item with (QC Fail) and return it to the customer.
  • To recover the value of a returned product, the refund will be issued within 3-5 working days inside Kuwait and within 5-7 working days outside Kuwait.

  6. You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.

  • Boutiqaat’s Account within 24 hours.
  • Credit card / Debit card within 5 - 7 working days.
  • Bank refund SLA local within 3-5 working days.
  • Bank refund SLA international within 5-7 working days.

For Returned Orders/Items:

  • Boutiqaat’s Account within 24 hours (After pickup/QC check).
  • Credit card / Debit card within 5 - 7 working days (After pickup/QC check).
  • Bank refund SLA local within 3-5 working days (After pickup/QC check).
  • Bank refund SLA international within 5-7 working days (After pickup/QC check).
